Build the drink
Fill the chilled glass with large ice cubes (about 3–4 cubes) or crushed ice to the top. Pour 2 oz vodka over the ice.
Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup into the glass. Stir gently with a bar spoon 6–8 times to combine and slightly chill the spirit with the citrus and syrup.
Top the drink with 2 oz sparkling lemon/lime seltzer and, if using a stronger, more branded High Noon–style finish, add 4 oz canned hard seltzer in a complementary flavor instead of (or in addition to) the plain seltzer. Gently fold once to integrate — avoid vigorous stirring to preserve bubbles.
Finish & Serve
Taste and adjust sweetness — add up to another 0.25 oz simple syrup if you prefer sweeter, or a few drops more lime juice if you prefer brighter acidity.
