Add 1.5 oz Nebbiolo Vermouth to the mixing glass.

4

Add absinthe

Stir in 0.25 oz Absinthe to the mixing glass.

5

Sweeten

Pour in 0.5 oz Simple Syrup to balance the smokiness and bitterness.

6

Add citrus

Add 0.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice to contribute brightness and a touch of fruit.

7

Add ice

Fill the mixing glass with 1 cup of ice to help chill and dilute the cocktail slightly.
