Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill the glass while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Fernet Branca, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
