Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the fresh farmer’s cheese, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Make Cornbread Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
