Preparation
Make the Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the fresh lemon juice, blood orange juice, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Combine with Carbonated Water
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled juice syrup with the carbonated water. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation.
Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the soda mixture over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
