Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare and shake

Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes. Add 2 oz Stoli Vodka, 1 oz peach schnapps, 0.5 oz triple sec, 1 oz sour mix and 1 oz orange juice into the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.

2

Strain and layer grenadine

Strain the shaken mixture into a chilled martini glass (or coupe) using a fine strainer or the shaker's strainer to keep out ice chips. Slowly drizzle 0.25 oz grenadine down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon so it sinks slightly and creates a subtle sunrise effect at the bottom.

Garnish & Serve

3

Garnish the rim or float a peach slice or an orange twist on the edge of the glass. Add a maraschino cherry if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
