Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

2

Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually while stirring until a dough forms.

3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

4

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5

Prepare the Bread

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

6

Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.

7

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, all the pepperoni, and Italian seasoning over the dough.

8

Roll the dough tightly and place it seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.

9

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

10

Cover again and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

11

Bake the Bread

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

12

Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
