Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Sausage

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, white onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4

Combine Ingredients

Add the diced tomatoes, black olives, marinara sauce, and cooked shell pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through for about 5 minutes.

5

Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with grated parmesan cheese and sprinkle with house pizza seasoning.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

7

Serve

Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
