Prepare Cocktail
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup).
Pour 2 oz Jack Fire (or other cinnamon whiskey) over the ice.
Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice to brighten and balance the sweetness and heat.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to add depth and aromatics.
Top with 4 oz chilled ginger ale. Stir gently once or twice to combine, taking care not to over-stir and lose carbonation.
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and, if desired, a cinnamon stick for aroma. Serve immediately.
