2

Step 2: Boil the Water

Bring the measured water to a boil in a large pot.

3

Step 3: Add Malted Barley

Once the water is boiling, add the malted barley and let it steep for about 30 minutes.

4

Step 4: Add Hops

After steeping, add the hops to the mixture and boil for another 15 minutes.

5

Step 5: Cool the Mixture

Remove the pot from heat and cool the mixture rapidly to room temperature.

6

Step 6: Add Yeast

Once cooled, add the yeast to the mixture and stir gently.

7

Step 7: Ferment

Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel and let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

8

Step 8: Carbonate and Bottle

After fermentation, carbonate the beer to taste and bottle it for storage.
