Prepare glass
Select a tall Collins or highball glass. Fill the glass about two-thirds full with 6 ice cubes (adjust quantity to preference).
Finish and garnish
Squeeze the lime wedge once over the drink to release a small amount of juice, then drop the wedge into the glass if desired. Optionally slap a mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and place it on top as a garnish.
