Method

Chill and prepare

1

Chill the bottle

Refrigerate the Aqua Panna bottle until well chilled (around 2–4 °C / 36–39 °F). If you need it quickly, place the sealed bottle in an ice bath for 15–20 minutes.

2

If using ice, place 3 ice cubes in each serving glass. Note: Aqua Panna is traditionally served still and slightly chilled without ice to preserve mouthfeel and subtle minerality; use ice only if guests prefer colder water.

3

If using garnish, lightly clap the mint between your palms to release aroma and place the mint sprig and/or cucumber slice in the glass or on the rim.

Serve

4

Open the chilled Aqua Panna bottle carefully. Pour slowly into prepared serving glass(es) to avoid excessive agitation and preserve the still character.

5

If using a lemon or lime wedge, run the wedge around the rim of the glass and drop it in or serve on the side.

6

Serve immediately. Encourage guests to taste the water at room-chilled temperature to appreciate its balance of smoothness and light mineral notes.
