Brew 1 cup of espresso using your preferred method. Allow it to cool slightly before using in the cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 cups of Belvedere Vodka, 0.75 cups of coffee liqueur, 0.25 cups of simple syrup, and 1 cup of freshly brewed espresso.

Fill the shaker with 4 cups of ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into 12 mini martini glasses, filling each glass about 3/4 full.
