Preparation
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut Vodka, Kahlua, sugarcane syrup, and freshly brewed espresso.
Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and garnish with coffee beans.
