1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

3

Add Cheese and Bacon

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.

4

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.

5

Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

7

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8

Cool and Serve

Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and diced kiwi.
