Preparation
Prepare the Fruits
Wash the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and chop them into quarters. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, removing the skin and core.
Muddle the Mint
In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves and gently muddle with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their essential oils.
Combine Ingredients
Add the muddled mint, white rum, simple syrup, and all the prepared fruits into the glass or shaker.
Mixing
Shake the Mixture
If using a shaker, fill it with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients. If using a glass, stir gently to mix.
Strain
If using a shaker, strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. If using a glass, you can simply pour it over ice.
Finishing Touch
Add Club Soda
Top the drink with club soda, pouring gently to avoid excessive fizz.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with additional mint leaves and a few whole berries on top for decoration. Serve immediately and enjoy your Berry Blast Mojito!
