Preparation

1

Marinate the Seafood and Beef

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp, scallops, fish fillets, and beef medallions. Toss to coat all the proteins in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

2

Grill the Beef Medallions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the beef medallions from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest.

3

Grill the Seafood

In a grill basket or on skewers, add the marinated shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets. Grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until the seafood is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Serving

4

Plate and Garnish

On a large serving platter, arrange the grilled beef medallions and seafood attractively. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
