Preparation
Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, passion fruit puree, pineapple juice, and caramel syrup.
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.
Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
Cut the fresh passion fruit in half and place it on top of the drink. Add fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Drizzle Caramel
Drizzle some caramel syrup over the top for added sweetness and presentation.
