Instructions for Preparing Bananas Foster Cocktail
Prepare the Rim
In a small plate, mix together the sugar and cocoa powder. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the chocolate syrup, then roll it in the sugar-cocoa mixture to coat.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the banana liqueur, dark rum, caramel sauce, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Top with sliced fresh banana and a dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish
Drizzle some additional caramel sauce on top and serve immediately.
