Prepare the Lobster Tail

Preheat the oven to broil. Cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise with kitchen shears. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Cook the Steak

While the lobster is broiling, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and black pepper. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steak on each side for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Add butter to the skillet and baste the steak with it for extra flavor.

Serve

Once both the lobster and steak are cooked, serve them together on a plate. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley if desired.
