Preparation of the Base

Assemble the Paperboats
Take a square of banana leaf, pour a spoonful of the rice flour batter in the center, top it with a spoonful of the coconut filling, and then cover it with another spoonful of batter. Fold the banana leaf to form a boat shape.
Steam the Paperboats
Place the assembled paperboats in a steamer. Steam for about 20-25 minutes until the batter is cooked through.
Serve
Remove the paperboats from the steamer, drizzle with a little oil, and serve warm.
