Method

Preparation of Dip

1

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.

2

Add Herbs

Fold in the chopped dill, chives, and parsley until evenly distributed throughout the dip.

3

Chill

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preparation of Crostini

4

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

5

Prepare Baguette

Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.

6

Bake Crostini

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crostini are golden brown and crisp.

Serving

7

Serve Dip

Once the dip has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve alongside the warm crostini.
