Preparation of Dip
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preparation of Crostini
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare Baguette
Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
Bake Crostini
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crostini are golden brown and crisp.
Serving
