Method

Pork Rinds Preparation

1

Prepare the Pork Rinds

In a large bowl, combine the pork rinds with salt and white vinegar. Toss well to ensure the pork rinds are evenly coated.

2

Bake the Pork Rinds

Spread the seasoned pork rinds on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Waffle Chips Preparation

3

Prepare the Waffle Chips

In a large bowl, combine the waffle potato chips with olive oil and salt. Toss gently to coat the chips evenly.

4

Bake the Waffle Chips

Spread the seasoned waffle chips on another baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the same preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until they are slightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool.

French Onion Dip Preparation

5

Mix the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and the French onion soup mix. Stir until fully combined and smooth.

6

Add Chives

Stir in the chopped chives and mix well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

7

Chill the Dip

Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
