Preparation
Melt the Chocolate
Chop the Valrhona chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the Liquors
In a cocktail shaker, combine the green creme de menthe, white creme de cacao, and Branca Menta. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Assembly
Combine with Cream
Add the heavy cream into the shaker with the mixed liquors. Shake gently to combine the cream with the liquors without excessive frothing.
