1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or a nick-and-nora glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink to chill.

2

Combine base ingredients

Add 2 oz Belvedere vodka, 0.5 oz Luxardo Antica, 0.75 oz fresh orange juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup (if you prefer a slightly sweeter drink) into a cocktail shaker.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice until nearly full (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and the mix is well chilled and slightly diluted.

4

Prepare glass and strain

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Double-strain the cocktail through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe or nick-and-nora glass to remove ice shards and pulp.

5

Top with Prosecco

Gently top the shaken cocktail with 2 oz chilled Prosecco. Pour slowly down the side of the glass so the sparkling wine maintains its effervescence and creates a light foam on top.

6

Garnish and serve

Express an orange twist over the drink by holding the twist skin-side down above the glass and giving it a quick squeeze to release oils, then drop it in or rest a thin wheel on the rim. Serve immediately.
