Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Sangria Base

In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine and Aperol. Stir gently to mix.

2

Add Fruits and Herbs

Add cubed watermelon, sliced lime, and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir to combine.

3

Chill

Cover the pitcher and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

4

Serve

When ready to serve, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the chilled sangria over the ice. Top with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
