Method

Steak Marinade

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

2

Marinate the Steak

Place the ribeye steaks in a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Steak Cooking

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it is well-oiled to prevent sticking.

4

Grill the Steak

Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

5

Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Sides Preparation

6

Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the fresh asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.

7

Cook the Asparagus

Place the asparagus on the grill during the last 5-7 minutes of steak cooking. Grill until tender and slightly charred.

Cocktail Preparation

8

Mix the Cocktail

In a shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add fresh mint leaves and muddle gently to release the mint's aroma.

9

Serve the Cocktail

Fill a glass with ice, pour the cocktail mixture over the ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
