Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
Prepare Baking Pan
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mixing Ingredients
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.

Baking
Pour Batter
