Tortilla and Filling

Sauce and Toppings

Method

Preparation

1

Cook the Meat

Cook the ground beef or chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.

2

Prepare the Rice

In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside.

3

Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine the cooked ground beef or chicken, cooked rice, drained black beans, and cheese dip. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Assembly

4

Fill the Tortilla

Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the filling mixture in the center of the tortilla.

5

Add Sauce and Crispy Tortilla

Drizzle Drunk Sauce over the filling, and then place the crispy corn tortilla on top.

6

Add Toppings

Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo.

7

Roll the Tortilla

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing all the filling.

Cooking

8

Grill the Crunch

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

9

Cook the Fries

While the tortilla is grilling, prepare the French fries according to package instructions.

Serving

10

Serve the Crunch

Once the tortilla is grilled to perfection, remove it from the heat and slice it in half. Serve immediately with the fries on the side.
