Sponge Cake
Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.

Prepare the Milk Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Whisk until well combined.
Caramelized Bananas
Slice the Bananas
Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
Caramelize the Bananas
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the banana slices and cook until golden and caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Topping
Top with Whipped Cream
Spread or pipe whipped cream over the soaked cake.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon
