Prepare the Ingredients

Start by juicing the lemon and lime. Measure out the pomegranate juice and set aside. Slice the habanero pepper to use as a garnish and for infusion.

Mixing the Drink

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Stolen Rye and 1 oz of Cocchi Americano.

Pour in the lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and lime juice into the mixing glass.

Add the sliced habanero pepper to the mixing glass to infuse the drink with a spicy kick.

Shake the Mixture

Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Top the mixture with 3 oz of ginger beer, gently stirring to combine.
