Preparation Steps

1

Prepare Hibiscus Infusion

Boil 1 cup of water and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.

2

Mix the Base

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, and the cooled hibiscus infusion. Shake well until combined.

3

Add the Spirits

Add London dry gin, Ataman vermouth, and Amaro Alchermes to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake again until well chilled.

4

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, filling it about 2/3 full.

5

Top with Prosecco

Carefully top the cocktail with prosecco, allowing it to mix gently with the other ingredients.

6

Garnish

Garnish with a slice of fresh orange or lemon on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
