Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Ahi Tuna

Place the ahi tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the tuna. Ensure the fish is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3

Preheat the Grill or Pan

While the tuna is marinating, preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

4

Cook the Ahi Tuna

Remove the tuna from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place the steaks on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.

5

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the tuna from the heat. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top. Slice the tuna into thick pieces and serve immediately.
