Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it is hot enough for roasting.

2

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Making the Vinaigrette

3

Mix the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Roasting

4

Toss and Roast

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the chili-lime vinaigrette until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5

Roast

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and browned, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
