Appetizer

1

Prepare the Bruschetta Topping

Dice the Roma tomatoes and finely chop the fresh basil and garlic. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2

Toast the Bread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

3

Assemble the Bruschetta

Remove the toasted bread from the oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously over each slice and serve immediately.

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

5

Cook the Chicken

Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

6

Sauté the Asparagus

In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if necessary. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Dessert

7

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.

8

Serve with Strawberries

Pour the ganache into small bowls and serve with fresh strawberries for dipping.
