Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and equipment necessary for brewing.

Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add Barley Malt and Rice

Once the water is boiling, add the barley malt and rice. Stir well and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Add Hops

After 30 minutes, add the hops to the mixture and let it boil for another 10 minutes.

Cool the Mixture

Remove the pot from heat and cool down the mixture to room temperature.

Add Yeast and Sugar

Once cooled, add the yeast and sugar to the mixture. Stir well.

Fermentation

Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel and let it ferment for 5-7 days at room temperature.

Bottle the Beverage

After fermentation is complete, carefully bottle the beverage and add a pinch of salt and natural flavoring.

Chill and Serve
