1. Blend the Ingredients
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen ripe bananas, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, agave syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take a few minutes.
3. Chill and Serve
Once blended, serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 1 hour for a firmer texture.
4. Garnish (Optional)
Serve in bowls or cones and garnish with fresh fruit, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of agave syrup if desired.
