Macaroni Salad Directions
1. Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Prepare the Dressing
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and sugar. Mix well until smooth.
3. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooled macaroni, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and chopped parsley to the dressing. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
4. Chill and Serve
