Appetizer

1

Prepare the Bruschetta

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet.

2

Make the Topping

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3

Toast the Bread

Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices and toast in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

4

Assemble the Bruschetta

Remove the toasted bread from the oven and top each slice with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Main Course

5

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

6

Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

7

Cook the Chicken

Grill or sear the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear.

8

Serve

Remove the chicken from the heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve alongside the bruschetta.

Dessert

9

Melt the Chocolate

In a saucepan over low heat, combine chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.

10

Add Flavor

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt to taste.

11

Serve with Berries

Pour the chocolate sauce into serving bowls and top with fresh berries. Serve warm or at room temperature.
