Preparation
Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, combine the Whistle Pig rye whiskey, maple syrup, and bitters.
Stir
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Top the cocktail with a mini waffle placed on the rim of the glass for garnish.
