Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Start by chilling your glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

2

Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the Ume – Shiso Rum, Junmai Ginjo Sake, Dry Vermouth, and Fino Sherry White.

3

Add Ice

Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top, allowing the ingredients to chill and mix properly.

4

Shake the Mixture

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

5

Strain into Glass

Empty the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

6

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with a fresh shiso leaf placed gently on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
