Method

Wrap Preparation

1

Prepare the Steak

1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the tenderloin steak with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once done, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

2

Roast the Peppers

2. While the steak is resting, slice the red and yellow bell peppers into strips. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from the heat and set aside.

3

Caramelize the Onions

3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until the onions are golden brown and caramelized. Remove from the heat and set aside.

4

Assemble the Wrap

4. Lay out the sun-dried tomato wraps on a flat surface. Start by adding a layer of romaine lettuce, followed by the grilled steak bites, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Drizzle with chipotle aioli.

5

Wrap It Up

5. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top. Ensure all fillings are securely wrapped inside.

6

Serve

6. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy your Joe Muer Steak Wrap!
