Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Patty

Season the 28-day dry-aged prime beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the seasoned patty on the grill or skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side.

3

Flip and Add Cheese

Flip the patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare. If using cheese, place it on the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Toast the Bun

While the patty is cooking, melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Place the challah bun cut side down in the skillet and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

5

Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the toasted challah bun. Top with any desired condiments or toppings, then place the top half of the bun on.
