Method

Burger Patty

1

Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

2

Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.

3

Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce and tomato slices, then add the top bun.

Hand-Cut Fries

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to form fries.

5

Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

House Made Pickles

6

Prepare the Brine

In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.

7

Pickle the Cucumbers

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a jar. Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers. Add garlic and dill. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
