Preparation Steps

Prepare the Artichokes

Grill the artichoke hearts over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and have grill marks. Set aside.

Prepare the Tomatoes

Chop the fresh tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.

Assemble the Salad

Add the grilled artichokes and arugula to the bowl of tomatoes. Gently mix to combine.

Add Burrata

Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and add it on top of the salad mixture.

Dress the Salad

Drizzle the lemon infused olive oil over the salad and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add chiffonade of fresh basil on top.

Serve the salad immediately while the artichokes are still warm.
