Season the Chicken

In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Finishing Touches

Add BBQ Sauce and Cheese

In the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush BBQ sauce over the chicken and top with crispy bacon strips and mixed cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Garnish and Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill, and top with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Serve with fresh mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and a gluten-sensitive side.
