Method

COCKTAILS/коктейАИ

1

Prepare Hibiscus Vodka

In a jar or bottle, combine 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers with 2 cups of vodka. Seal tightly and let steep for at least 24 hours, shaking occasionally. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers, and you will have your hibiscus vodka ready for use.

2

Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of hibiscus vodka, 1 oz of Giffard passion fruit liqueur, 1 oz of golden beet juice, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

3

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 3 oz of soda water, stirring gently to combine.

4

Garnish

Garnish your Astara Spritz with a teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers on top for an aromatic touch and visual appeal.
