Preparation
Prepare the Pork
Trim any excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks. Season with salt, black pepper, and cumin.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
Cooking
Sear the Pork
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork chunks and sear on all sides until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
