Prepare the Meat

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is fully browned, about 8-10 minutes.

Assemble the Burritos

Prepare the Tortilla

Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Spoon a portion of the cooked meat mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

Add Cheese

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the meat.

Add Enchilada Sauce

Drizzle enchilada sauce over the cheese.

Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
