Preparation

1

Cook the Carne Asada

Season the carne asada with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the carne asada for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

2

Prepare the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, crack the two eggs and cook them sunny-side up or over-easy, depending on your preference. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat once cooked.

Assembly

3

Layer the Nachos

On a large serving plate or platter, spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly. Top with a generous portion of shredded cheddar cheese, followed by the sliced carne asada.

4

Add Toppings

Spoon guacamole, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and salsa over the nachos. Finally, place the cooked eggs on top of the nachos.

5

Garnish

Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top for added flavor and freshness.
